Monday May 18th-
Morning- IC2 and UT Orientation Session
Afternoon- Internship Planning and Commercialization Strategy Session 1, setting the stage
Evening- Dinner with UTEN Consultants

Tuesday May 19th-
All Day- Module 1: Dr. Kate Mackey on marketing and market-based technology commercialization
Evening- Visit to the UT Tower, dinner

Wednesday May 20th-
All Day- Module 2: South Texas Technology Management OTC on running a TTO
Evening- Dinner with the UTSA and STTM team

Thursday May 21st-
Morning- Internship Planning and Commercialization Strategy Session 2, the program moving forward
Afternoon- Module 3: UT OTC on running a TTO
Late afternoon- Visit to New UT Global On-shoring Facilities
Evening- Dinner with UTEN Consultants

Friday May 22nd-
Morning- Visits to TechBA Incubator with presentations on business incubation
Mid-day- Visit to UT OTC with presentations on OTC management practices
Afternoon- Visit to Austin Technology Incubator with presentations on business incubation
Evening- Mixer with 2009 and 2010 classes of the UT Master’s in Technology Commercialization program (MSTC)

Saturday May 23rd-
Noon- Graduation ceremonies for the 2009 MSTC program
Afternoon- Post graduation reception
Evening- Graduation Celebration

Sunday May 24th-
Memorial Day festivities in Austin (national US holiday)

Monday May 25th-
Memorial Day festivities in Austin (national US holiday)
Group exercises and individual deliverables for the week due at midnight

Tuesday May 26th-
All Day- Module 4: Texas A&M University OTC on running a TTO
Evening- Dinner with UTEN consultants

Wednesday May 27th-
Morning- Internship Planning and Commercialization Strategy Session 3, choosing and working with host institutions
Afternoon- Module 5: UT Dallas OTC on running a TTO
Evening- Dinner with Director of UT Dallas program

Thursday May 28th-
All Day- Module 6: Entrepreneurial Skills, Technology Screening, and Business Development for Technology Commercialization
Evening- Dinner with Cliff Zintgraff, Heath Naquin, and the UTEN Austin Living Case team

Friday May 29th-
Morning- Intern Presentations and final deliverables due
Afternoon- Internship Planning and Commercialization Strategy Session 4, action planning for the implementation of new TTO strategies and the integration of summer internships to meet TTO goals
Evening- Celebratory cocktails, presentation of certificates and awards, and dinner

Saturday May 30th-
All Day- Celebration of completion on Lake Travis

Sunday May 31-
Interns fly home
